Ingredients
  

  • 8-12 Store bought Wontons (I used frozen chicken & leek wontons)
  • 4-6 Small bok choy cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 Small package ramen noodles (optional)
  • 3 Cups Low sodium chicken stock
  • 2 Cups Water, divided
  • 1 Tbsp Low sodium or regular soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp Sliced green onions

Instructions
 

  • Bring the chicken stock and 1 cup of water to a boil.

  • Add the bok choy, wontons and noodles if using and bring the soup back to a boil (about 3-5 minutes).

  • When the wontons float to the top, add a cup of cold water & bring the soup back to a boil (about 3 - 5 minutes).

  • When the wontons float to the top again, add the soy sαuce αnd sesame oil.

  • When the wontons are fully cooked and the bok choy has wilted it is ready to serve.
  • Pour into bowls αnd garnish with the cilαntro αnd green onions.
