Store bought Wontons
(I used frozen chicken & leek wontons)

Small bok choy cut in half lengthwise

Small package ramen noodles
(optional)

Low sodium chicken stock

Water, divided

Low sodium or regular soy sauce

Sesame oil

Chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
Bring the chicken stock and 1 cup of water to a boil.
Add the bok choy, wontons and noodles if using and bring the soup back to a boil (about 3-5 minutes).
When the wontons float to the top, add a cup of cold water & bring the soup back to a boil (about 3 - 5 minutes).
When the wontons float to the top again, add the soy sαuce αnd sesame oil.
When the wontons are fully cooked and the bok choy has wilted it is ready to serve.
Pour into bowls αnd garnish with the cilαntro αnd green onions.
